  The accused is convicted on his own plea on both counts and hereby sentenced to a fine of 200 penalty units, ie 2,400 GHs on each of the counts and in default 12 months IHL on each. Both sentences are however to run concurrently.
  In addition, the accused shall pay a modest compensation of 1,000 GHs to the complainant.
  Restituition Order: The retrieved computer should be handed over to the complaint.
