I read this report on Daily Guide website yesterday and I could not believe that the Judge did not order the police to investigate the allegation by the prosecution witness and the police so far has not done anything about the allegation. In other words, both the judiciary and the police are condoling the murder of a citizen.

This case or the allegation is simple to verify. The police should find out from court records if the deceased lawyer acted as Attorney for the accused. Then, if so, did the accused pay for the services of the deceased and was it true that the deceased Attorney failed to represent the accused in court so he was detained in prison? These are simple facts that could be easily established within a day or two.

I wonder if the the family of the deceased Attorney is aware of the allegation made in court by the prosecution witness and if so what is the family doing to get justice for the departed loved one?

Has the police not followed up the allegation by the prosecution witness because they do not believe it, and if so then why is the witness in court for the prosecution? If the police cannot trust the witness, then how do the police expect the court to take his evidence as nothing but the truth? The police must explain why the allegation is not being investigated.

As far as Attorney Nkrabea is concerned, he is doing the bidding of his client. That is what he is paid to do.

What is wrong with Capt. Nkrabea Effah Dartey? This many defends all the controversial cases and he wants to be President of Ghana, or General Secretary of a reputable political party. Capt. Needs to grow.
