It was never told or mentioned how much quantity of "wee" the young security was carrying. This poor guy pleaded for this harsh sentence to be reduced. The trial Judge threatened him and he was sent to jail for a year. Only poor people are jailed harshly in the society. Does he need to be jailed or fined?. This judge must come back to himself and think of his harsh decision. It`s so sad.

This is the screw up judicial system in Ghana. Look, this guy watches over the dead and that is an important job. Grave robbers could cause mahem , if not for these guards . The most should have been a warning. This judge has misplaced justice. Look at all those corrupt people in govt., Nothing happens to them and a lowly guard gets jal time for drugs not found in his possession. Remember he threw it away.
