He has been jailed to a maximum of 30 years. That 80 years is just acrobatic, to make it sound bombastic.
What sense does this re.make? If even its 10 years plus his age is something.If you are one of them, then have a second thought because jail is jail and it will definitely destroy your life.
80 years for armed robbery? Decent society heaved a sigh of relief and are ecstastic about his removal. Good riddance! I'm sure society at large will not miss him one little bit.

All the sentences is 20+30=50 because 30yrs each is running currentely
Yes, if the judge had said the sentences are to run "consecutively" then that would have called for the totality of the sentences which is 20+30+30=80.
So a convicted robber gets 80 years. How many years are convicted members of the looting brigades going to get where convicted?
