Can the DSP or somebody explain what a MEDICAL REPORT in this case is for plse. (1)both agree sex took place;(2 the complainant isnt a minor,or is she;(3)the complainant went home till dawn etc,Complete waste of time.

3. Why did the woman tell the husband at dawn, and not before that?

4. What would have happened if the accuse had denied?

5. Is telling her husband at dawn not an after thought, after feeling guilty when the man wanted to have sex with her or she thought someone might have seen her?

I smell a deal in this acts but there is always forgiveness here so lets pray hearts settles. Could the victims husband not try to investigate before taken that drastic action by reporting at dawn?
