THERE SHOULD ACTUALLY BE LAW IN GHANA PROTECTING LAND BUYERS. THE LAW SHOULD MAKE IT A CRIMINAL OFFENSE TO KNOWINLY SELL A PIECE OF LAND TO 2 OR MORE PEOPLE.
