THE ACCUSED DESERVE DEATH PANALTY
Thats excessive...45 years for stealing a phone and he is 20 years old. Wow we are really taking a bite out crime. Steal 23 million and get 0 days jail time. Steal a cell phone and get 45 years.
How much will he sell the phone for? And how many Judges and Attorneys can he bribe with that amount?

Robbing with threats of bodily injury is not the same as one done with a weapon. Baffour Awuah would probably have drawn a lighter sentence, if he had not pulled a knife.
