If this guy were to be a Ghanaian his sentence would have been 45 years, government is blame for corruption where as the judges are so bad and corrupt.

I am a Ghanaian living in the UK, no one has ever being put in jail for using this stuff. It's meant to be a caution @ the Police Station & not wasting precious court time & tax payers money.
