Good policing is needed in order for companies to operate effectively. How many detectives has the Ghana police service got and to what extent do they pursue cases? Too many people are being robbed of their toil and sweat. It is important that we increas the police-population ratio.

In many areas especially in the at least 12 Akyem districts which make up more than half of the population of the Eastern Region it is the police is out of reach but the chiefs have been doing their best in ensuring that law and order prevail in these areas.

I think the judge has done well but the jail years are few. This should have attracted 30 or more years. no men in their right senses will do this. this is inhumane and so humiliting.

Ghana prisons are death camps. This boy will never live to taste freedom again. Many die in those prisons. One cell meant to hold 10 humans, has 200 inside. Not enough food for them, some have no clothing to wear. Spoiled drinking water. It's inhuman. They are treated worse than animals there. Most sentenced for small things. No rehabilitation. Young are put in with adults. There is no hope to get out except for death. Ghana pretends to be modern country up to par with Western countries. The truth be told, it is a failed state. They are broke and broken. Power off most of the time. No running water. People follow water trucks for drinking water. Most can't afford to purchase the water. The youth of the country have no jobs. There is no way to get work. I predict soon Ghana will have riots and government over thrown. Where are Jackson, Sharpton? Why don't they help their kindred spirits? The people of Ghana are good people, intelligent, kind for the most part. They live in hell, as well as the rest of Africa. God help them.

Well, the judges are two different people with separate opinions on matters. Sad as it is, these rapist deserves more than the 15yrs.

Good job courts 15 years is good but it could be more to teach people that, rape is a crime, if the woman is a smoker or sexy dancer and says no it means no, A lot of men got away with rape like Ken K
