  First, let me register my heartfelt condolences to the two ladies who lost their lives as a result of the alleged negligence of the Yutong driver. May they rest in everlasting peace.
  
  Second, why is it that the law only becomes active and enforceable when some big shot or shots are victims? The only reason why this driver is being prosecuted is that the two ladies involved belonged to the ruling NDC else this case would have been treated the same way many similar cases had been treated in the past - non-action on the part of law enforcement. Ordinary people don't get justice in our run-down justice system.
  
  I recall how the armed robbers who attacked and robbed Mr. Kan Dapaah were haunted down, arrested and convicted. I swear by my God that if Mr. Kan Dapaah had been any ordinary citizen, these armed robbers would have been walking around victimizing other hardworking and law abiding citizens.
  
  So the disturbing question is: Do we have two classes of citizens in Ghana? Yes, I believe so and that is going to destroy our democracy if it is not rectified.

  HOWEVER, SINCE MAY 25,2013 THAT MY LATE BROTHER FRANK KOFI AMEKUDZI WAS INVOLVED IN A FATAL ACCIDENT AT KWAME TEYE VILLAGE AT SHAIL HILLS AND HE DIED THAT THE AKUSE DISTRICT POLICE DEPARTMENT PURPORTED THAT THE DOCKET WAS FORWARDED TO EASTERN REGION DEPARTMENT OF ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR ADVISE ON SEPTEMBER 29,2013 BUT UPTIL NOW THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE ATIDEKA HAS NEVER BEEN ARRAIGNED IN COURT.
  THAT BOTH THE DRIVER ATIDEKA AND THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE BANNOR BOTH RESIDENT IN NUNGUA, ACCRA NEVER ALSO MET WITH THE FAMILY.
  IT IS THEREFORE CONCERNED FOR THE FAMILY SINCE MY LATE SENIOR BROTHER REV.MICHAEL KWASI AMEKUDZI SON, POLICE L/CPL. SAMUEL AMEKUDZI WHO WAS DRIVING A POLICE VEHICLE WITH HIS STATION OFFICER CHIEF INSPECTOR BAAH ON BOARD BEFORE A DRIVER DOGBE WHO WAS RATHER NEGLIGENCE AND CAUSED THE ACCIDENT THAT POLICE INVESTIGATOR DANIEL KWOFIE AT PEKI CHANGED SAMUEL AMEKUDZI STATEMENT AND USED THE TWISTED STATEMENT AND DECEIVED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL DEPARTMENT AND POLICE L/CPL.SAMUEL AMEKUDZI WAS RATHER CHARGED WITH NEGLIGENCE DRIVING.
  THAT I AM THE COUNSEL FOR L/CPL SAMUEL AMEKUDZI AND THE CASE IS ONGOING AT THE CIRCUIT COURT AT HO AND EVEN COMING ON TOMORROW, FRIDAY, MAY 9, 2014.
  THAT THE ISSUE BAFFLING THE FAMILY IS WHY DRIVER ATIDEKA IS NOT ARRAIGNED BEFORE COURT UPTIL NOW?
