Tapping every conversation on the expensive LOANS our stupid leaders borrowed from China because of their stomachs, on the quantity of MINERALS their galamsors are draining from us, and on the PLANS we are making to be independent, just a little independent of their imposed labor force.

The Westerners are less evil than the Easterners, because the Europeans and Americans at least let us provide the unskilled labor force.

Under section 24 of the Criminal Offences Act, 1960 (Act 29) any person who is guilty of a conspiracy to commit a crime shall be punished as if he had actually committed the said crime. Therefore, this policeman is supposed to receive the same punishment for his guilty plea for the conspiracy as if he had pleaded guilty to the robbery itself. Consequently, it was pointless for him to plead guilty to the crime of conspiracy to rob and to thereafter plead not guilty to the charge of robbery itself.

It appears to me that this policeman is actually a compound fool. I wonder how such a criminal fool was recruited into the police service in the first place. How can you rob a vehicle with a CD (Corps Diplomatic) number plate and expect that you will go Scott free? More so when you are in police uniform. Any criminal who perpetrates a crime against the diplomatic community should know that the Ghana Government would move heaven and earth to get him arrested and prosecuted to clear the negative image that such crimes give to our country.
