It seems to me the story have been tailored towards the girl; known matter how mental problem the boy could have about sex, will not just pounce of his prey in this manner, men are not stupid as this police men want to portray; why is't that when it come to issues of rape men are always the victim. for me there is a relation between the two, the lady is trying to breakup with guy and this could be one of such cooked story of cover up. Am not on the side of the boy, but per the narration of the story, at does not add up to conclude as rape. wish you best of investigation.
