  Sgt. Asaaba said the suspect was arraigned before court for stealing two cars in May last year but due to insufficient evidence he was acquitted.
  ...the vehicles have been impounded at the Regional Headquarters while investigations are on-going.
  ...hmmm...even upon admission of theft the guy was still acquitted due to insufficient evidence...waooo.

  The police should investigate further. I am sure this criminal has given a wrong name. For car snatching, the name is unlikely to be a Nii Nai.

  the statement says he was arrested may last year but because there were no sufficient evidence against the guy, the court acquitted him and now he is been arrested and he now admitted the crime.
