Blame it on this useless, clueless govt. If there is frequent power supply, this won't happen. Teenagers won't thrive in this cable theft business. What for? If the so-called better Ghana agenda, promised by Dumsor president, was anything to go by, and not just some useless lip service and lies, these teenagers could find some meaningful jobs to engage in. Does the Good Book not say that "The devil finds work for the idle hand"? There are already too many idle hands in this country, created by this kwasia, ashawo govt's bad policies.
