  accused could have used his uniform to commit other crimes.and my question is...how are they able to prove that he is a first time offender..when Ghana dont even have a data base to do background check on criminals.where was his criminal history checked...he may have got away with other crimes...so we shouldn't sit back and say..he is a first time offender...an armed robber is an armed robber and should be treated as such.no excuses...cause ones a thief..always a thief.
  that sentence of 18 years is nothing...he need to be in the "cooler"for a longer period of time...so our community will be safe.lord have mercy on Ghana.
  this will deter other will be criminals who will think of committing crimes and get away with it.god bless the security and others who apprehended this kobor lor.

  Very bad crime. But 18 years for a young , and first offender ? . . I dunno. mAybe it is because I am from North America. I think 10 years would be fit.
