Ghana should try and train the police and some competent lab technicians to be able to collect and prcess finger prints/foot prints DNA shoe impressing etC I know we are not advanced ask other countries but in the US these items are collected and if no arrest is made immediately are preseved for yrs untill the offender is cought.the killings are too much.why are the good citizens of Ghana mum,demonstrate against the gov,/ police to protect us.It may be you or me next time.some of these killings could also be friend/family menbers or even envy.
