A pastor should know better. why didnt he go to the courts for "character murder" if he thinks what they were discussing was not true? Why didnt he call the station and ask them to withdraw their claim? Is the studio his bed/living room or his carpentry show. He should face the full rigors of the law. No sympathy for a lawless pastor.

If the delay is coming from prosecutors,the best thing to do is throw out the case to save their image and the image of the justice and criminal system in this country.
We all know what some prosecutors,especially the police, are capable of doing and they should not be allowed to besmear the dignity and pride of our courts.
