Robbery......some people get 60,some 70 ,40 why this people only 20 years ?is too small

Poor porters jailed! Don't blame them for stealing, jail those who made life unbearable that made them to steal. If a whole President will bribe chiefs with vehicles costing millions, neglecting the poor, education and health ...

please give them more years in jail so that by the time they will come out.they have grown old or life imprisonment.if not then next time it might you.
