  At the first place MV " ATIYAH" should rather handing over to Ghana Maritime Authority b'se it is a world recognized organization which regulates all maritime activities' such as Registration of ships, surveying and inspection of ships. There are certains proceredures the Ghana Navy must contact GMA before commencing the operation of MV ATIYAH.
