  Tagoe must be insane to attempt the criminal act of sexual intercourse with an infant. How many such criminal acts has he committed without being caught, I wonder.
  
  Ghanaians have suffered enough hardship as it is without having to contend with brainless monsters. Such irresponsible criminals should be castrated for their own sake.
