  Stupid Judge, why charge Nyarko of kidnapping when the girl was the one who seek shelter from him & why would you give this monster father a bail, knowing he'd molested this girl for a long time & got her pregnant?

  INFACT THE WORKERS AT THE SUPPOSED FAMILY PLANNING CENTRE WHERE THE FATHER TOOK THE GIRL TO FOR HER TO BE PUT ON A FIVE - YEAR CONTRACEPTIVE MUST ALSO TO BE ROPED BY THE COURT IN FOR PROSECUTION.

  the victim is above 16 years , so its not abduction she can get married to the boy. at her age she also agrred to the father s she should be charged with incest too.

  Edem has all the characteristics of a paedophile. He had plenty of opportunity to completely own the adopted daughter from seven months old. It is sad for crimes like that to be happening unchecked in Ghana.

  Edem should face the harshest of sentencing. As for Nyarko, he is just an opportunist who took advantage of a vulnerable victim who should be given a deterrent punishment.
