  We have heard this before yet the police is more corrupt than before. They act with impunity and the victims have nowhere to report but to the same corrupt police who rather frustrate them until they give up. The government officials (president, ministers/deputy ministers)also don't care because they are themselves corrupt. Judge are no better. Sooner or later there will be anarchy.

  Blame the politician. The reason is, by the everybody find out that the politician become rich in the twinkle of an eye, then the police, Amy, the teachers, and the whole populace become corrupt.
