  That is why it is important to keep a profile of criminals release out of prison and their names on offender register to prevent re-offending. Give employment to top positions in Prisons service to people with criminology qualification. They will use their skills to reduce re-offending and imprisonment.
  The question we all have to answer is does prison work?

  "See that is this pedophile problem he seems to forget the fact that gone are the days when the poor victim's family used to be paid. What happens to the little girl,she is hurt and stain for life. Not today and never again.
