Our Police Headquarters is rife and rotten with illicit corridors for criminals. No law works there so long as the criminal can dish out the cash on demand. Criminals stealing everything from lands to duping genuine business people are condoned and even facilitated in their operations. They only know who can arrive there first to pay for the charges they demand. They even prepare statements for confessed offenders for money then intimidate the other party on the criminal's behalf. Investigations need to be made on their activities from the head to the constables. This guy is either an Arab or Indian/Pakistani and may not be Canadian.
