  Good and true words but now put in place things like training, sacking etc for the police so it becomes something they do. Some policemen are akin to killers as they mistreat people in custody to the point of death - it is a well known fact! We need to set up an organisation where certain people can go into police stations at any time to check - a watchdog!!!
