  This is what is expected of the justice system.Why should a suspect be held indefinitely in prison conditions when he has not been jailed by a legally constituted court?Those who have been illegally held and released without being charged must be financially compensated by the state.And the state must ensure that no individual is held in prison conditions for months without being charged.Such violations of the freedom of ghanaians is totally abhorrent and should not be tolerated.

  because you cannot treat others and live other if both of them have the same issue, this is what make Ghana not to be Fair..Judges are Independence and have the right to do everything they want so far as judges are independence not need for them to abuse the right and responsibilities of others. Judicial Review is a contitutional power given to the Judiciary to declare the actions of the executive and the enactment of the legislature, if these conflict with the constitution of the state
