  We need more judges like this in Ghana. He's aware the police may have been bribed as it's normally the case and he is giving the accused every opportunity to show the contribution made by the complainant to allow for mitigating issues to taken into consideration.
  We need people like that at the supreme court not the ones who will give 10 years to a goat thief and allow woyome to walk around
