THE PRIMARY CHARGE WAS ATTEMPTED MURDER THEN ARMED ROBBERY.THE JUDGE SHOULD HAVE THROWN THE KEYS AWAY IN THE OCEAN.THERE SHOULD BE NO ROOM FOR SUCH CRIMINALS IN GHANA.

If the court documents should be consulted, I will not be surprised to hear that the criminal was charged with something very close to robbery, but not stealing.

Can we apply the same type of ruling to those politicians who we already know have stolen the money meant for the masses? Can this judge be allowed to handle cases that involved those already known politicians who have chopped the money for masses and put up big, big buildings? Did this judge render such a sentence to this thief because he is nobody in the society and that nobody can come after him or her? There are more questions than answers. But in Ghana we surely need good gudges who will make the law take control of each situation.
