  That is rubbish, I think the writer of this news should provide appropriate details. No one can arrest anyone merely because the person was moving on company's concession. If indeed this is just the entire truth, then the judged has grossly erred. The judge has no understanding of the mining law. Human Right lawyers should intervene. I am grateful to assist
