This problem is long known in Ghana.The blame lies not on the Chiefs but on the various Land commisions who are unable to tell a new buyer that a said land has already been sold and registered. At times the blame lies on back ...

This problem is long known in Ghana.The blame lies not on the Chiefs but on the various Land commisions who are unable to tell a new buyer that a said land has already been sold and registered. At times the blame lies on back- door employees of land commisions who,because of money,lies to the new buyers that the said land is free for sale. Land commisions can stop any multible sale by rejecting the application for new registration if the land has already been registered with the commision.
