THIS HAPPENS BECAUSE THE RECRUITMENT SYSTEM IN GHANA OF ALL JOBS ARE NOT TRANSPARENT.THIS ALLOW BAD GUYS TO USE THE SYSTEM FOR THEIR OWN GAINS.IT IS THE FAULT OF THE AUTHORITIES IN CHARGE OF RECRUITMENTS.SHAME ON THEM,

IN THE DAYS PAST IF YOU ARE A STAMERER OR SUFFER FROM ABILITY TO MAKE COHERENT SPEECH YOU DONT GET SELECTED TO BE ENLISTED. PERSONS WITH CROOKED LEGS AND ARMS DONT GET ENLISTED. BECAUSE THE ARE SELECTED BY DCEs AND MPs AS WELL AS MINISTERS AND PRESENTED TO THE HEADQUARTERS PROPER BODY SELECTION IS NOT DONE. IN FACT THE PRESENT IGP DARE NOT REJECT THE LIST PRESENTED OTHERWISE HE WILL LOOSE HIS 2 YEARS CONTRACT AND ALL THE SCHEDULE OFFICERS WOULD BE SENT INTO INTERNAL "EXILE" LIKE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR, GHANA STANDARDS BOARD, BLUE GATE AND THE LIKE.
