If you have a system that is partisan and corrupt, you cannot trust the police as well as the judicial, therefore if care is not taken you will be compared to take the laws in your own hand as Yakubu Aubakar tried to do.

WHAT GOES ON IN THE COURTS HERE RIGHT FROM THE POLICE STATION WILL DESTROY GHANA'S IMAGE! LOOK AT THIS SCENARIO, A FOREX BUREAU MAN WHOM I CHANGE MONEY FROM TOLD ME THAT IF I CAN PUT MONEY INTO ACCOUNT IN EUROPE FOR HIM HE WILL PAY ME IN GHANA CEDIS, HE GAVE ME AN ACCOUNT IN BELGIUM, AND I SENT THE MONEY TO THE BELGIUM BANK , BUT THE OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT REJECTED THE MONEY, THIS MAN APOLOGIZED AND GAVE ME ANOTHER ACCOUNT IN HOLLAND, THIS TIME THE MONEY ENTERED AND HE CONFIRMED IT AS I GAVE HIM THE SLIP OF TRANSFER, HE THEN CALLED ME TO A MEETING AND TOLD ME THAT HE HAS SUGAR AND RICE TO SELL I TOLD HIM I DO NOT IMPORT RICE BUT I CAN DO SUGAR!, HE PAID ME A PALTRY SUM OF THE MONEY AND TO GET HIM TO COLLECT THE REST OF MY MONEY BECAME PROBLEM, I DID NOT HAVE THE TRUST IN THE GHANA JUDICIAL SYSTEM SO I DID NOT REPORT TO THE POLICE, BUT A SENIOR MAN TOLD ME TO REPORT THE CASE, APPARENTLY SOME OF THE SENIOR GUYS HERE DO NOT KNOW WHAT PREVAILS HERE! SO I TOLD THE POLICE AT TESHIE, NEAR THE FRAUDSTERS OFFICE, ALL THE POLICE AT THE CID OFFICE THERE , SAID THEY KNEW HIM AS A NOTORIOUS FRAUDSTER! SO I SHOULD NOT WORRY , ( NOT KNOWING THAT THEY ARE HIS PARTNERS , ) AND THIS IS HOW THEY ASSURE UNSUSPECTING VICTIMS , BUT I REPORTED TO A SENIOR OFFICER AT THE POLICE HEAD QUARTERS WHO CALLED THE COMMANDANT ABOUT THE CASE AND THE COMMANDANT SAID THE GUY HAS AGREED TO PAY MY MONEY, HE GAVE THEM JUST ONE WEEK WHICH WAS THREE MONTHS FROM THE TIME I REPORTED THE CASE, THE POLICE CID MAN SAID HE CAN NOT TAKE A CASE TO COURT ONLY TO BE EMBARRASSED , BUT WHEN THE SENIOR OFFICER INTERVENED , THEY TOOK THE CASE TO COURT AT COCOA AFFAIRS,
THE JUDGED ADJOURNED THE CASE SO MANY TIMES, AND WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR THE CASE TO BE HEARD , THE PROSWECUTOR ASP CALLED NSOR WHO IS LATE NOW! CAME TO ME OUT SIDE THE COURT TO ASK ME WHAT HAVE I GOT TO NAIL THE GUY ON THIS CASE , I TOLD HIM THAT THE SLIP OF THE TRANSFER IS ENOUGH! THEN THE CASE WAS ADJOURNED AGAIN, THE PROSECUTOR CAME TO ME AGAIN , AND TO MY SURPRISE HE HAD CHANGED ALL THE DOCUMENTS IN HIS DOCKET , HE EVEN INSERTED THE FIRST TRANSFER I MADE INTO THE MANS ACCOUNT IN BELGIUM , WHICH WAS NOT RELATED TO THE CASE ! I GOT SO ANGRY , I TOLD THE JUDGE THAT I WAS NOT SURPRISED AT THE CONDUCT OF THE POLICE, AS THE POLICE DID NOT COME TO THE COURT WITH MY CASE SO I WAS NOT GOING TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CHARADE ! ONE NEEDED TO SEE THE ACCUSED PERSON, HE WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE IT WAS CLEAR THAT HE GOT HIS GAME GOING WITH THE POWER THAT BE THERE, SAYING THAT THE CASE MUST BE DISPOSED OFF ON THAT VERY DAY, I TOLD THE LATE CORRUPT HELL BOUND NSOR THE PROSECUTOR, THAT HE IS A DISGRACE TO MAN KIND. AND PROMISED HIM THAT SINCE THE CASE HAS A FOREIGN COMPONENT, I AM GOING TO EXPOSE WHAT GOES ON IN GHANA IN EUROPE ETC. WITH ALL MY DOCUMENTS AND EVEN THIS STORY FOR THE WORLD TO SEE, NOW THEN ANOTHER BANK IN GHANA HAS ROBBED ME NOW , AND I HAVE ENORMOUS DOCUMENTARY PROOFS , THIS ONE TOO AND AN OTHER IS BOUND FOR EUROPE AND AMERICA, IT IS THEN THE PRESIDENT WILL HAVE TO WADE IN TO EXPLAIN WHY HE ALLOWED THE COUNTRY TO GET AS ROTTEN AS THIS!!WE WILL MAKE BIG EXPOSE !!

My brother was fraudulently implicated with a mental illness and sacked by the Ghana Health Service because he opposed corrupt practices in Effia Nkwanta Hospital killing patients whiles the management enriched themselves. When the Medical Director Dr K Ntodi vowed to get my brother sacked from the GHS following a News Paper publication of a bribe of 50 ghana cedis that kill a patient because she could not the afford the illegal charge a for blood transfusion. In a conspiracy surprisingly involving the hierarchy of the GHS my brother was subsequently sacked to cover up corruption in that hospital.A letter signed by Ebenezah Appiah Denkyira straight away sacked my brother without evidence claiming he was suffering from possible delusional disorder in a conspiracy against him.The new DG of GHS tooke the action in less than a month of assuming post without any audience. He blatantly avoided my brother and my brother never met him until he was sacked with his letter copied to Alban Bagbin then Health Minister before and after his dismissal. When my brother took his case to court the GHS boldly refused to enter appearance and defense because the case has been gagged up at the Fast Track High court in favor of them since 2012 with my brother a victim of the most callous of inhuman treatment. He was made a scapegoat to cover massive corruption in that hospital with documented evidence that the then Health Minister Alban Bagbin was privy to but ensured my brother was turned into a sacrificial lamb to destroy the evidence of corruption in that hospital.Lawyers hired and paid by my brother even connive against him because of money. He has been the victim of some harsh abuse and frustration at the Fast Track High Court to to intimidate him from pursuing the case.Several rough tactics such as often telling him his file cannot be traced, preventing him from having access to his own docket, verbal abuse and mockery have been employed to ward him off and destroy the case pending at the Fast Track High Court. Many letters my brother wrote including one to the Chief Justice Office and the IGP following 2 attempts on his live when he suit GHS yielded nothing. The case is still pending with Lawyers extorting huge sums of monies from him only to turn against him.He has spend an estimated 150,000 without a job and salary by selling vehicles and other properties with the case visibly and callously gagged up at the Fast Track High Court. In Ghana a selective justice system ensures one law for high profile public servants and politicians and another for we the low class citizens often victims of brutalities and atrocities by people who will the affluence and influence to subject to some horrific inhuman treatments with impunity. That is certainly why corruption cannot be fought in this country because it is the reserve and practice of the high social class, elite civil servants and politicians alike. This case the court and hired lawyers are fighting on behalf of GHS is just a good example.

There will come a time when Lawyers and other court workers will frequently be gunned down if care is not taken because of the selective justice system in Ghana. The justice system only serve the rich and powerful who often bribe their way through despite being the chief criminals. In Ghana today when you have a case with somebody influential in court be sure you will be handed a raw deal. The case ill be sabotaged in favor of the rich with the complainant enduring so much pain of of a double tragedy of injustice. It will definitely come to a time in this country when some criminal lawyers extort so much money from clients only to turn against them suffer reprisal assassinations as revenge. This will definitely happen if lawyers in this country don't avoid the double standards of illegally representing opponents all because of money.

We have a very useless and corrupt judiciary.Even lawyers and judges connive to kill cases by taking bribe which is then shared among them.It is a disgrace to here lawyers openly talk about tipping judges to skew judgements in their favor. What a country!People are now frequently visiting shrines where curses are invoked when they feel aggrieved about cheating in conventional courts. That is also why the young lawyers especially, unknown to them frequently die mysteriously.I can foresee a future where they will be physically murdered for cheating clients who they take so much money from and let down.
