What has he done wrong,all he did was to enter into a deal with service providers outside this country and carry their calls at a cheaper rate,hwe did not divert traffic from any network in GH and note that.All he did was compete and get some incoming traffic through his network ,traffic which should have otherwise come to the other networks.Question did he register those equipment,did he register this business for which reason he paid taxes,these are the only grounds he can be charged with a crime but why refuse bail for a bailable offense.our courts can be downright useless some times.
