Fabricated story of prosecution. There is no secluded space in front of any bank in Kasoa to pack a car to sodomize the alleged victim without attention from the security and public even after midnight. Concocted story.

It has b been reported so many times but nothing new is added. Why don't we know all this time whether the doctor is HIV positive or not. Or all will be revealed AFTER the case concludes? Hmmmmm!

I am wondering what is delaying this case. The guy confessed he has a problem and there is a witness in this case (The 16 year old boy)
Why are we wasting the time? Instead of dragging this case for God knows how long find ...

Why are we wasting the time? Instead of dragging this case for God knows how long find out if the Dr. has Aids or not so we ascertain whether the boy got it from him or not. For all you know other people are infested by these people and we will then know if the boy is telling the truth.
If the guy will be jailed for 4 fours or so his time should not be wasted for in and out of court before the sentence is pronounced. Why do we like wasting time in Ghana like this?
How long did it take the Cocaine lady to be jailed in London?

I'm very surprised that this doctor is not tested for the HIV virus. Wouldn't it be wise to test him and ascertain, he infact infected this boy? Are the courts that dumb?

Mavis, no-one's making excuses for an alleged pedophile. Rest assured, that if the court finds him guilty, he vvill be punished. It is vvholly pertinent to ask vvhether the defendant is the vector of the HIV.
