Daily nonsense without a guide is gradually insulting the intelligence of Ghanaians. The incidence for which this man was apparently found guilty happened on July 4, 2010 at Nii Boi Town in Accra, when the accused smeared his wife’s body with his faeces, forced some of the faeces into her mouth and physically assaulted her. Then lo and behold: "June 4, 2010 at about 7:30 am, he accused the victim of stealing GH¢43 from his trousers.... Yahaya, who was in the toilet then, pursued the victim who was parking her baby’s dresses on the bed, pushed her onto the bed and smeared her body with his faeces. He forcibly opened the mouth of the victim and pushed the remaining faeces into her mouth and drove her out of the house". Furthermore: ASP Acquah averred that on February 6, 2011, Yahaya wanted to have sex with the victim, but she refused because of the bruises she sustained in her vagina as a result of the severe sexual intercourse.

The accused person, who took offence, beat the victim and poured hot palm nut soup on her face.

The prosecutor maintained that while the case was before the court, Yahaya on November 21, 2010 at about 8am threatened to kill the victim and poison the child if she continued the cases in court" Guys wise up and don't swallow any nonsense this daily without a guide had been putting in the public domain. When did the actual incident took place? Was it July 4, 2010; May 15, 2010 or February 6, 2011? And was the case sent to court? Because on November 21, 2010, the accused threatened to kill the victim whilst the case was in court. Stupid story from a incompetent media house.

Please carry out serious investigations into this situation at the Movenpick.After preaching equality and self righteousness the GM of Movenpick was caught in doggy style in the toilet of the swimming pool on Sunday 1st March at around 23.30 hrs.He lured a prostitute there and was caught having fun.Pictures were taken of him in the act.He raved and ranted and begged for the pictures to be deleted.The pictures are with the security officers who caught him..Please investigate this serious incident.

If this Yahaya episodes is used as a Test Case,I do not think the answer to the treatment Yahaya melted out to her so called wife,is Counselling !
Such atrocities towards woman or man,demand Swift action at the law Court to protect the Victim (woman) from further abuse.Therefore ,an Order Of Protection should have been the appropriate interim answer,etc etc.
Having said that,I have said several times on this forum that,Women should be ware of the kind of Men the come in contact with.Especially,those they did not know before.It's wise to Conduct a background Check on him,before attempt is made to live under the same room with the man.
B'cos it's the practice of some Criminals to relocate to another Village/Town/City when Released from prison.to be contd.

Again,such men are irresponsible to the letters(will- not provide Subsistence), Would not give the Woman some break/sleep all night long, are Certified Criminals,whom could commit heinous Crime or even kill the wife and children,if any, to Vamoosed to another town within minutes, without batting an eye lid ! So Woman, do not hesitate to Conduct a thorough background check on the man,before you give yourself to him.For he may be the killer you do not want or know !
