  KNUST failed to rusticate and report to the police a female student who beat up her roommate; the lecturers have been bought. It has been said that many lecturers lack teaching methodologies. What should be the minimum requirement in recruiting lecturers into a tertiary institution? Is it a masters degree or a PhD with a course in education??
  
  Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
  
  GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
  
  Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.

  Whiles there, the mob led by Emmanuel Donkor, aka Apor, Daniel Apor and Nana Asante stormed the land and issued s stern warning to the driver of the bull-dozer, Gabriel Ateley Amartey to stop work...."
  
  My qustion: If Party A goes to visit the land as stated, how does a BULLDOZER come into question?
  
  Were they travelling there with the Bulldozer? It doesn't just add up, I think.
