the "JUSTICE FOR ALL PROGRAMME" MUST OF NECCESSITY BE REVIEWED ONCE AGAIN. IT's NOT helping the SOCIETY MUCH. Most of the Prisoners which came OUT of this programme are ALL BACK TO HARD LINE ROBBERY.I therefore suggest they s ...

Most of the Prisoners which came OUT of this programme are ALL BACK TO HARD LINE ROBBERY.I therefore suggest they should be made to go through a WHOLE YEAR REHABILITATIONAL PROCCESS & TO SIGN A BOND BEFORE THEY ARE LET OUT.
