There is no security under dumso so just think deeply about this.Under darkness nothing works.The ramifications of living without energy is very huge people's lives are in danger when dark,factories will be running at a lose because the cost of running generators is way beyond reach so it aversely affects productivity therefore lay offs will follow,when people are unemployed they are to becoming armed rubbers,when robbery cases shoot up no investor wants to come,when people are jobless the y can not go shopping because there will be no monies to spend therefore the makola women will not have buyers,the sick are dying from unannounced dumso,children in incubators are dying in all the hospitals because the fuel to run their generators is killing them etc. so the ramifications of living today without energy is just impossible the adverse effect is huge only the very few who know where they are getting their monies can afford it.It is unfortunate all the outcries from the masses to the current regime has falling on death ears with even some of them down playing or making even fun of the situation because they are heartless.Sad indeed.

The best thing for all these instituitions to do is to invest in security cameras and alarm systems in addition to robust security detail. These are desperate men, fancy taking washing soap? Let them do hard labour in prison.
