A state is holding a doctor for sodomising a boy who has got the HIV. Is it the state who should test the doctor and give a report to the public or it is the doctor and his lawyer who should give the report about his HIV status. So, the whiteman hears such stupidity about the blackman and want to erase him from the world?

  NO COURT WILL DEPEND ON WHAT THE DR LAWYER SAYS ABOUT HIS CLIENT BEING HIV NEGATIVE. THE DR MUST BE TESTED BY THE COURT FOR HIS HIV STATUS. AND NO TEST FROM THE DR HIMSELF SHOULD BE ACCEPTED.
