If Afoko has conscience, he'll resign immediately. And that useless council for the third suspect. Does he think the law is delt on the basis of emotions? That the suspect helps the police to apprehend criminals does not exempt him from being a criminal. After all the most heinous crimes have been on record to have been committed by men in uniforms. Even some lead goat at the flagstaff house has himself provided a safe haven for criminals at the flagstaff house. How much more ordinary citizen.

Because, this is an emotional statement you've made and , you know very well that LAW does not dwell on emotions.. but on LEGAL FACTs
To me, even if it is found that Gregory had murdered (second degree)Adama out of sympathy for his brother Paul, he Paul cannot be held responsible in law and should not resign from his post. Remember, Gregory and Paul are clearly two and separate individuals!

They are two separate entities according to the law, but if you think the involvement of his brother in this crime, which has its roots emanating from what happened between he Afoko and the murdered Adama, will still be an issue that will not impact on his proper functioning, then Afoko must be a super human. I want to see Afoko mount campaign platforms in any part of the northern region without shaking.
