  How disrespectful. This murder case like all murder cases should have been tried in the crown court. Why weren’t correct court procedures followed, time-lines were altered, autopsy report went missing so by the time her body came back to the U.K. at the inquest, it was concluded that there was no way of knowing how the date rape drug GHB and cocaine got into her body. Since Eric Adusah is a fake name, with a fake age and fake qualifications, he wasn’t legally married to Charmain, therefore he illegally held onto her decomposing body for months in Ghana. Charmain’s mother was the legal next of kin. This case needs to be reopened in a proper court on the legal basis:
  1) Legal court processes were not followed regarding murder in a crown court.
  2) Time-lines were altered, evidence was tampered with.
  3) Contempt of court due to the lies of fake ‘Eric Adusah’ and his ‘Godfather’ in 2015’. Now called Eric Isaiah Kus Boateng, he has a brand new name, age and a different father called Victor Kus Boateng. Victor Kus Boateng has also changed his name and is being investigated for fraud by Ghana politician Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa. Eric’s new father has got different fake names too. These joking men of ‘God’ take people’s money and make fools out of the people who they use for their own gain. They make a mockery out of the justice system and their fake religion is just a front to cover-up all manner of abuse. They have targeted much older genuine Christians in their 70s/80s in the U.K. who have tender hearts, create an emotional connection calling them their spiritual ‘father’ or ‘mother’ and rely on these vulnerable people becoming their voice-piece. Once an emotional connection is made, these genuine people are easy to manipulate because they do not have the foresight to conduct evidence-based research. They believe the rubbish they are told without double checking the authenticity. Unfortunately, these innocent older people are pawns in Eric Adusah’s game, but their lack of discernment comes with the heavy price of also being discredited when the full truth of who and what Eric Adusah is, comes out.
  4) New evidence has come to light which was not available in the first trial.
  
  Reopen this case in a proper court.
