  There is no child protection policy to be used in all institution to protect our childre. There is no expectations so tecachers are Lord to themselves when it comes to pupil and teacher relationships. With no law to hold them ...

And there's no excuse for a teacher to engage in sexual relation with a student. It appears these cases are becoming all too common in Ghana nowadays. Are the laws that weak against child abusers in Ghana?
