  How can one be jailed for 20 years for stealing $3,100 with no arms? How come all the politicians, thieves, are walking free and bragging. While not justifying this poor guy's action, it is the corruption in government that has let most Ghanaians to steal for feed their families. Maximum punishment for this crime should be 1 year.

  'Stealing is stealing' small or big.Don't forget,it is the small thief who graduates into a real armed robber.
