How long does it take to determine if a passport is fake? There's something underhanded going on. Typical Ghana judicial corruption. Prosecutors not turning up in court is rife & AG does nothing

If the state authorities are sure they are not complicit in the issuance of that fake passport to him, why is it taking them so so long to prove their case with all these absence in court and adjournments. They planned this to embarrass Amoateng and they are now running away from court to prove their case.

This simple case has dragged on for too long, I hope monies have not changed hands for it to be thrown out later with flimsy excuses by the judge. The judicial system is so corrupt that the ordinary person has lost hope I will not be surprised that with his drug money to bribe his way and political influence of his coleagues in the NPP under NPP appointed CJ this case will also go the same way most of the straight forward cases in recent times under this CJ has gone the wrong way without any shame.

Yes, but remember that it is the same judicial system that freed Nayele Ametepe's accomplices in the "cocaine bust of the century" case, including Alhaji Daoud who was arrested at the same Kotoka airport with 3 Ghanaian passports and 2 Nigerian passports. This Daoud is also the one who arranged for Nayale's passage through the VVIP and the loading of the cocaine into the airplane through the back door. And we all know that, Ametepe was NDC President Mahama's brother's girlfriend. Daoud is also a popular NDC activist who actively campaigned for Mahama in Election 2012.
