I personally feel and wrote many times that this girl was not raped but let us be very careful here,the police cannot say she was not raped and detain her on that,Asamoah Gyan did not deny having sex with her so it is now she says,he says matter which prosecutors have to decide if it amounts to rape but Asamoah Gyan having admitted having sex with her can lose a lot of money in a civil court which police cannot do anything about even if he bribes them.

Police need to question Asamoah Gyan also even if we believe he didn't rape her,the right thing must be done,rape is a serious crime that cannot be washed under the carpet the way police are doing it,for now it looks like they are trying to intimidate the alleged victim in favor of the alleged rapist.
