Where are the parents while all this is going on? And why wasn't she at home, rather than out in the streets? Is she a runaway?
Did the parents put her out? It seems a bit obvious that the girl is "out there", as they say in the US.
It's perhaps unfortunate that the men will go to prison for having sex with a girl who is obviously already QUITE sexually active. I can see the girl being "duped" once, but THREE times, and with three DIFFERENT men!? I don't think so.
Something is only "defiled" when it has been "violated", for want of a better word, for the FIRST time. The girl wasn't defiled, she was underage, and that's where the crime comes in. Sad.
