  Please, now is the right time to revisit records of crime in Ghana, that practice had existed for long, and concern people in parliament also know about it, yet silent; I was born in a village and had observed who are good and bad in society, believe it or not, without strong institutions, forget any effort because Fulani's now dominate every where within Ghana and occupy lands that is not inhabited which is more larger than having been habited.
