This man will be disqualified from the NDC primaries before he says jack. NDC is a serious political party. They don't mess up like the NPP. We've seen them go to the extent of ejecting party members when they mess up.

NPP is just lunatic. Their member made the most tribalistically damaging comment ever, asking Ashanti's to kill ALL Ewes and Gas. The next day, this man was on their campaign trail. Even when their MP was caught in a cocaine investigation, they still kept him as an MP till he was jailed.

Same with Osafo Maafos idiotic and highly ignorant comment that only majority tribes rule all over the world. How ignorant!!! Is Obama, Eyadema, Goodluck, Cameron, Inacio da Silva, etc. majorities?

The most recent one is the clearing of their aspirant for Korley Klotey who was found to have forged a Legon certificate. This foolish party still still allowed him to contest. The NPP IS JUST A SICK LUNATIC PARTY WITH NO BRAINS GOVERNING THEIR ACTIONS. And when they loose elections, they insult Ghanaians.

Was the victim looking for ways to shirk off his own tax responsibilities by looking for someone claiming to have connections that would minimize VAT and other taxes that would be due when goods arrived in Ghana?

To put it bluntly, I think the victim should be questioned on how and why he chose the fraudster? The victim must have been informed through life to have had that kind of money and to give it up without research bothers on either stupidity or there is more to the story yet to be told.

A supplier don't get paid first and supply items later. Rather it is the opposite. In the military settings, purchase orders (PO) are first issued to qualified vendors. Then the vendors supply the items, and wait for at least 30 to 60 days after delivery before they get paid.

Unless the transaction being reported is a private business arrangement. And that could have very serious implication for the Brigadier engaging in outside conflict of interest business while on active service and in charge of procurement.
