When a countries laws are so flawed that a pedophile is roaming the streets with the help of the police force then, its time the laws are fixed. How can a grown man rape a child resulting in pregnancy and still not behind bars? I'm beginning to wonder if Ghana don't care about the plight of children who are abused. When anyone is above the law, then there's no law.
