Ghanaian should understand IT well because there are a lot of notch in this area due to lack and limit comprehension on this field. People are using unauthentic certificates beware.

The whole promo thing is a scam in itself. I sell Vodafone credit cards and yet to see anyone win. Just a way to increase the purchase of their credit cards.
